[There is a young girl in Team attire wandering the halls.

Ilya was getting bored sitting and waiting for someone to come get her, and she doesn't yet understand how to use the gear, so instead she's decided to poke her head out and find out about this place firsthand. She doesn't seem to have any real idea where she's going, or what most of the things she's surrounded by are, so she could probably be found anywhere, and she's distracted enough that other team members will probably notice her before she notices them.

That, however, is not true of the Duskull that just popped out in front of her, right in the face of anyone looking at her. Red eyes staring at them, it lets out a spooky wail.

She turns to follow the sound and beams, uncaring of how discomfited the other member may or may not be.]

Good work, Orpheus, you found someone!

[Late in the afternoon in Goldenrod city, there is the sound of something pounding on the pavement.

Is it a swarm of pokemon in the city? A new rocket plot? Another angry legendary?

Nope, it's just a young girl-]

Faster, Berserker, Faster!

[Riding through town on the back of her Rhyhorn.

People dive out of the way of the galloping rock-type, but Ilya doesn't seem to care in the slightest. She throws back her head and laughs gleefully, not even paying attention to anything but the rush of her ride.

... Someone might want to try and stop her before she smashes something.]

[She stretches her legs to keep up, her curiosity overriding her caution. Berserker lumbers along behind her, sticking close to his charge.]

A department store... what sort of things do they sell in this world?

[ Machina walks his spider walk, but with obvious care and knowledge on how to not make so much noise, even for something weighing over a ton. Gladius sort of glides with his wings. ]

Anything a trainer would need to build their team and more. The Department Store is well equipped to give many trainers the options to customize their team with a vareity of TMs on sale or supplements to hone the growth for certain Pokemon. You shall see inside.

[She can't help but notice how light on its feet Machina is, and she glances back to watch it walk for a few steps, observing how it does so. She doesn't really mind Berserker making noise, but that could be a useful skill to have... she'll have to try and copy it.]

We aren't that far from it, are we?

[She says that in a tone that is distinctly trying to not be "are we there yet?"... and failing.]

[She starts a bit, turning around to see a strange blond man standing behind her, holding a pokeball. A question? She hadn't heard anything...]

... You'll have to repeat it. It's hard to hear over Berserker's steps. Who are you, anyway?

Mmh, it's only a worry if you acquire Pokémon that can would be able to do so. Even then you can try and keep the gear out of their reach so prevent anything.

I'm afraid I don't know very much. Only what was in the booklet I found when I woke up here. I can tell I'm not in my own world anymore, and I know these Servant monsters are mine, but beyond that, I'm pretty lost. I guess my biggest question is, what are we here for?

[And then he lumbers off, much faster than she'd expect from someone of his size. Ilya stares after him for a moment, blinking, then turns to her Duskull and shrugs. She's about to head off when the Sandshrew shows up.]

Oh! You're someone else's Servant monster, aren't you? Or maybe you're more like a familiar... [She crouches down to better get a look.] Does your master know what's going on around here?

[And she waves Ahri off.]

[She can't help but giggle a little bit at his startlement.

Not, mind you, that she tries very hard.]

It's just amazing how quietly it moves. I don't really mind Berserker's noise, but that's a really impressive skill for something that large.
